Annie Durning (Pilates Instructor)

Annie was introduced to Pilates during physical therapy for repetitive use injuries. The experience changed her concept of fitness and provided her with a sense of calm and physical well being that she hadn't experienced from years of running, weight training , and aerobics classes.

Annie is a certified STOTTPILATES™  Instructor and she enjoys making Pilates accessible to all ages and fitness levels. Aside from the strength and flexibility her clients achieve, she enjoys and feels empowered watching their body awareness and self-confidence emerge as they take those gifts with them into their daily lives.

Annie holds a B.S. in Biology, an M.S. in Nutrition and she is a Registered Dietician with the American Dietetics Association.
